About Danny F. Gonzales

Danny F. Gonzales is the Founder and President of G Power Solutions, Inc., and brings nearly three decades of power-generation expertise to the role. Over the course of his career he has synchronized 13,200 MW to the U.S. grid, commissioned 54 LM6000 gas-turbine–generator units, and directed electrical testing and startup on fossil, nuclear, and cutting-edge zero-emission facilities across North America and abroad. A U.S. Air Force veteran fluent in Spanish, Danny combines hands-on technical mastery with disciplined leadership to deliver safe, on-schedule energization for utility-scale clients.

Danny’s technical range spans protective-relay design, excitation-system upgrades, SCADA/RTAC integration, transformer and switchgear maintenance, and high-voltage substation commissioning. He has led multi-disciplinary teams on marquee projects such as Xcel Energy’s Prairie Island and Monticello nuclear uprates, a 1,640 MW combined-cycle plant for Fluor, and NET Power’s first-of-its-kind zero-emissions demonstration unit. Proficient with industry tools from AutoCAD to Omicron and versed in IEEE, NETA, NERC, and NFPA 70E standards, he pairs field competence with formal credentials that include PMP certification and Duke Energy’s Project-Management program.

As the driving force behind G Power Solutions, Danny now channels this deep experience into turnkey testing, commissioning, and protection-engineering services for utilities, EPCs, and Fortune-500 industrial owners. His record of eliminating schedule bottlenecks, enforcing rigorous safety compliance, and integrating complex electrical systems ensures that large-scale facilities achieve reliable commercial operation the first time.
